Sunday session 3

Each Sunday, there comes a challenge to compose something within an hours time and post it to social media and to this blog. It is an evolving idea, but the aim is to discipline the musician in me to spend enough time feeding my hands and mind so that these spontaneous sessions are more and more unique, at least liked more by me. Recycling is always a danger. Discerning between recycling and exploring a group of sounds takes honesty, humor, and a good dose of reality checking.
